    9/16/2020 – Here I am, 2 weeks after breaking the right fibula, and the medial distal right tibia. This trip of bicycling and traveling in the RV has been problematic several times. Since returning to the US from 22 years in Taiwan to help my sister rehab plans have changed several times and have had many moments.   I started going to AA meetings, being a child of an alcoholic.   This has changed me, and continues to do so.   I then drove through covid-19 pandemic to visit my sister in Texas, then to Arizona to visit Jim, then onto Spokane and Seattle to visit my sons.   I set out on an around Washington bicycle trip only to have the aforementioned leg breaks on the third day out.   I didn’t do my prayers, mediation, and yoga and generally just didn’t take care of my-self during this time.   The ride was on road or trail until around Cheney WA when it became packed/loss gravel and rocks…not good going at all.   Since the break, everythi...

I'm now at Bell Bay National Forest camping on the National Forest in northern Idaho.  It's a good drive from Spokane Valley on I90, however there is a good 20 miles of two lane twisty road along Lake Coeur d' Alene lake on the Harrison Slough with last last 2 or 3 miles on well maintained dirt road. 7/9/2020 -  Columbia River Gorge  Wild Horse Momument  Columbia River Gorge  Camping Yakima River Sunset Ellensburg WA 5/3/2020 - Until I out loud talk about my hidden hurtful intimate history, this history can-not become the keys to open doors in the present and the future.
